We will be offering our next Leadership Development Program in the Spring of 2024 at select schools. Registration will open up in November 2023.

The Leadership Development Program is a 13-week program where students meet once a week to learn about leadership and disability.

Objectives of the Leadership Development Program:

• Students will learn about disability-inclusive leader qualities, including empathy, awareness, effective communication and community building.
• Students will acquire foundational leadership skills including team building, communication and social skills.
• Using examples from history, students will develop disability awareness, sensitivity and inclusion.
• Students will study additional disability topics including disability history, assistive technology, community based services and careers that impact people with disabilities.​
