DISABILITY AWARENESS PROGRAMS

Our Disability Awareness Programs for Private Schools aim to foster a Christ-centered understanding of disability by teaching students to view and value individuals with disabilities through a Biblical lens—grounded in empathy and relationship.

OUR AWARENESS PROGRAMS provide a gospel lens through which we view disability.

Throughout the different programs, K-12 students and staff are challenged to explore both the Old and New Testaments to develop a disability theology. They discover Scripture reveals that people with disabilities are valuable, invited and have a God-given purpose.

WHY ARE DISABILITY AWARENESS PROGRAMS SO IMPORTANT in faith-based organizations?

The disability community is one of the most underserved and under-reached populations—particularly within faith-based schools and organizations. We’re working to change that.
